“清華大學(xué)2020年中國(guó)公共政策案例分析大賽”和“2020 Tsinghua SPPM International Case Analysis Competition of Public Policy on Sustainable Development Goals”兩場(chǎng)精彩的比賽于5月-8月同步舉行，分別以“抗擊新冠肺炎疫情 推進(jìn)國(guó)家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)”以及“聯(lián)合國(guó)可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)(SDGs)”為主題。
6月6日我們將舉辦線上說(shuō)明會(huì)，為關(guān)心兩場(chǎng)賽事的同學(xué)們介紹大賽情況和案例分析報(bào)告寫作方法，邀請(qǐng)往屆獲獎(jiǎng)選手分享參賽經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并解答相關(guān)疑問(wèn)。歡迎大家與我們“云上”相約，報(bào)名參加線上說(shuō)明會(huì)！
The China Case Center at the School of Public Policy and Management of Tsinghua University are holding two case analysis competitions from May to August, 2020. One is the national competition on the theme of “Fighting Against COVID-19 Pandemic, Modernizing China's System and Capacity for Governance”. The other is the Tsinghua SPPM International Case Analysis Competition of Public Policy on Sustainable Development Goals（SDGs）co-organized by TUSDG, which opens to global undergraduate and master students.
On June 6th, we will hold an online information session. We will introduce the two competitions and basic case analysis report writing skills, and also invite past participants to share their experience and answer your questions. Welcome to join us!

余虓
本科畢業(yè)于山東大學(xué)，現(xiàn)為清華大學(xué)公共管理學(xué)院2019級(jí)碩士研究生。曾獲山東省優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生稱號(hào)，獲得國(guó)家獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、國(guó)家勵(lì)志獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、山東大學(xué)一等獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金等。
曾帶隊(duì)參加清華大學(xué)2018年中國(guó)公共政策案例分析大賽，關(guān)注農(nóng)村土地流轉(zhuǎn)問(wèn)題，獲得本科生組二等獎(jiǎng)。與隊(duì)友赴山東省棗莊市進(jìn)行調(diào)研，通過(guò)訪談縣農(nóng)業(yè)局和土地股份合作社等單位，結(jié)合三圈理論和社會(huì)資本理論，探究了影響農(nóng)村土地入股的相關(guān)因素，以及土地入股模式的建立對(duì)農(nóng)村治理的影響。
廖睿力
本科畢業(yè)于中國(guó)人民大學(xué)，現(xiàn)為清華大學(xué)公共管理學(xué)院2020級(jí)博士研究生。曾獲中國(guó)人民大學(xué)優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生稱號(hào)，優(yōu)秀研究生榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)，獲一等學(xué)業(yè)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、優(yōu)秀學(xué)生干部獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、社會(huì)工作與志愿服務(wù)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金等等。
2019年，我國(guó)3個(gè)省市共發(fā)生4起村醫(yī)集體辭職事件，暴露出鄉(xiāng)村醫(yī)生存在“招不進(jìn)，留不住”的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境。廖睿力及其團(tuán)隊(duì)將鄉(xiāng)村醫(yī)生治理作為案例大賽的選題，走訪了山西省平順縣兩個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)，訪談近20名鄉(xiāng)村醫(yī)生，發(fā)現(xiàn)村醫(yī)困境產(chǎn)生的根本原因是職能錯(cuò)配。其調(diào)研報(bào)告“堅(jiān)守還是舍棄，鄉(xiāng)村醫(yī)‘境’如何破局？” 結(jié)合實(shí)地調(diào)研和全國(guó)數(shù)據(jù)，就政府補(bǔ)貼、執(zhí)業(yè)門檻、醫(yī)療需求等方面，進(jìn)行了較為深刻和詳盡的分析，最終獲清華大學(xué)2019年中國(guó)公共政策案例分析大賽一等獎(jiǎng)。他將與大家分享案例大賽調(diào)研經(jīng)歷，為大家提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。
林聲巧
碩士畢業(yè)于清華大學(xué)公共管理學(xué)院，現(xiàn)于德州大學(xué)奧斯汀分校攻讀政治學(xué)博士。曾獲清華大學(xué)中國(guó)公共政策案例分析大賽二等獎(jiǎng)，2015年學(xué)生年度人物，學(xué)生優(yōu)干標(biāo)兵。案例大賽中關(guān)注農(nóng)村土地流轉(zhuǎn)與抗?fàn)巻?wèn)題，碩士期間完成《河南省修武縣基層黨建民心導(dǎo)向六項(xiàng)制度探索》案例寫作。他將分享案例寫作經(jīng)驗(yàn)與相關(guān)學(xué)習(xí)心得。
李樂(lè)怡 Leyi Lee
Leyi Lee graduated from Urban Management major in Nankai University and currently studies in the Joint Program of Master of Public Administration of Tsinghua University and Master of Innovation, Human Development and Sustainability, University of Geneva since 2019, in future cities and regions specialization. Her research fields are urban studies, urban planning and healthy aging in cities. She has worked as a policy research assistant intern in China Centre for Urban Development in National Development and Reform Commission.
She participated in the first International Case Analysis Competition of Public Policy on SDGs in 2018 and won the second prize with her team, by analyzing urban talent policy for innovative and competitive cities and sustainable urban growth. In the information session, Leyi will share her experience during the case analysis competition and her study in Tsinghua-Geneva program.
