視頻采集及傳播技術(shù)和短視頻平臺(tái)的迅速發(fā)展為社會(huì)科學(xué)研究提供了豐富的數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源和更多的經(jīng)驗(yàn)觀察可能，也為開(kāi)展制度性互動(dòng)場(chǎng)景的研究提供了新的機(jī)遇。視頻研究方法有助于進(jìn)一步加深對(duì)情境因素、情緒、具身性、社會(huì)物質(zhì)性、過(guò)程動(dòng)態(tài)等維度的刻畫(huà)和理解。目前，制度性場(chǎng)景的視頻研究分布在不同學(xué)科領(lǐng)域，理論和方法的交流與借鑒還不充分。為進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)領(lǐng)域的融合發(fā)展，“制度性互動(dòng)場(chǎng)景的視頻分析：面向未來(lái)的理論拓展與學(xué)科交融可能” 學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)將于2023年8月15日至16日在清華大學(xué)公共管理學(xué)院召開(kāi)。本次會(huì)議旨在：
1. 匯集國(guó)內(nèi)外專(zhuān)家學(xué)者，交流和分享制度性互動(dòng)場(chǎng)景中視頻研究的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和最新成果；
2. 討論視頻研究方法的學(xué)科間融合可能，探索搭建跨學(xué)科研討平臺(tái)，凝聚相關(guān)理論和方法共識(shí)，指出未來(lái)發(fā)展方向；
3. 進(jìn)一步梳理視頻研究方法對(duì)于加深理解制度性互動(dòng)相關(guān)理論命題的可能。
本次會(huì)議由清華大學(xué)公共管理學(xué)院行為與大數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主辦，由清華大學(xué)公共管理學(xué)院學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)專(zhuān)項(xiàng)支持計(jì)劃、清華大學(xué)計(jì)算社會(huì)科學(xué)與國(guó)家治理實(shí)驗(yàn)室、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目（72134003）、《公共管理學(xué)報(bào)》支持。

Steven E. Clayman is Professor of Sociology at the University of California, Los Angeles. His research addresses human interaction as a topic in its own right, and as a window into social institutions ranging from law and policing to media and politics. His articles have appeared in sociology, communication, and linguistics journals, and he is the co-author (with John Heritage) of Talk in Action: Interactions, Identities, and Institutions (Wiley-Blackwell) and The News Interview: Journalists and Public Figures On the Air (Cambridge University Press).
Jon Hindmarsh is Professor of Work and Interaction at King’s Business School, King’s College London, UK, where he is also currently Head of the Department of Public Services Management & Organisation. His academic training was in geography and social research methods, before he completed a PhD in Sociology. While undertaking these degrees, he became increasingly interested in studies of social interaction, and has devoted the past thirty years to exploring the interactional foundations to work and organising in a range of settings. His analytic orientation is drawn from the allied traditions of ethnomethodology and conversation analysis, and his empirical work primarily takes the form of video-based studies of interaction and collaboration. When he began these studies, very few people were working with video as a tool to examine work practice, whereas now there is a growing body of scholars who appreciate the distinctive insights that video can offer to the disciplines of management, marketing and organisation studies. His recent projects have explored a wide range of topics and themes, including reconfigurations of teamwork in robot-assisted surgery; interactions between veterinarians and their clients in the delivery of animal care; and the embodied spatial practices of museum tour guides. He has published over seventy papers in edited collections and journals, including articles in Organization Studies, Human Relations, Organizational Research Methods, Sociology, Sociology of Health & Illness, Research on Language & Social Interaction and more. He has also authored or edited four books with colleagues, including Video in Qualitative Research (with Christian Heath and Paul Luff), Organisation, Interaction and Practice (with Nick Llewellyn), Workplace Studies (with Paul Luff and Christian Heath), and Communication in Healthcare Settings (with Alison Pilnick and Virginia Teas Gill).
Anne Nassauer is a sociologist with a research focus on interactions, deviant and collective behavior, and the use of 21st century video data for scientific inquiry. Her research lies at the intersection between sociology, social psychology, and criminology. After her PhD at Humboldt University and Columbia University, Anne Nassauer held an assistant professorship at Freie Universit?t Berlin with research stays at New York University and Yale University. Since April 2022 she holds a full professorship of sociology at University of Erfurt in Germany.
In her research Anne Nassauer often combines Video Data Analysis and interdisciplinary theoretical perspectives with the goal to better understand social processes and interaction. Anne Nassauer has published extensively on collective behavior, such as the emergence of crowd violence or collective rule-breaking, and criminal behavior such as robberies or rampages. Together with her colleague Nicolas Legewie, she has developed Video Data Analysis (VDA), a multi-disciplinary methodological framework for analyzing 21st century video data. Among a number of publications on the topic, in 2022 they published their book Video Data Analysis: How to Use 21st Century Video in the Social Sciences (Sage Publishing). Regarding video data, Anne Nassauer is concerned with data collection and management, analysis and quality criteria, as well as multi-disciplinary collaboration and research ethics. She is currently a guest editor for a special issue on VDA in Sociological Methods & Research, entitled “The Present and Future of Video-based Social Science Research: Innovations in Video Data Analysis”. In a current interdisciplinary research project, she will use virtual reality experiments, real-life video data and computer vision to understand collective rule-breaking.
Her research and teaching has received multiple awards, such as the 2021 Outstanding Recent Contribution in Social Psychology Award from the American Sociological Association's Section on Social Psychology, the 2020 Charles Horton Cooley Book Award from the Society for the Study of Symbolic Interaction and the Outstanding Contribution to Political Sociology 2020 Honorable Mention from the American Sociological Association's Section on Political Sociology.
At University of Erfurt, Anne Nassauer is currently establishing a Center for Interaction Analysis. The center aims to serve as an international multi-disciplinary hub for research on human interaction, especially through the use of Video Data Analysis. The center aims to bring together scholars working in the field through conferences, workshops, and collaboration.
Geoffrey Raymond is Professor of Sociology and Linguistics at the University of California–Santa Barbara. His research uses detailed analyses of large databases of video-recordings to examine talk-in-interaction as a point of production for social life. Current projects include understanding routine sources of trouble and inequity in police encounters with the public, situational factors and mechanisms in enactments of violence, and practices through which social categories are used, reproduced and resisted. His research has appeared in the American Sociological Review, Research on Language and Social Interaction, Social Psychology Quarterly, and Language in Society, among other places. He is also co-editor of several edited collections including, Talk and Interaction in Social Research Methods, Conversational Repair, and Human Understanding, and Enabling Human Conduct: Studies of talk-in-interaction in honor of Emanuel A. Schegloff.
董偉瑋
管理學(xué)博士，吉林大學(xué)行政學(xué)院副教授、博士生導(dǎo)師，公共管理系主任。主要從事公共行政理論與方法、街頭官僚與基層治理、行政倫理、政府創(chuàng)新研究。入選吉林大學(xué)“勵(lì)新優(yōu)秀青年教師培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃”，近年來(lái)在《中國(guó)行政管理》《公共管理學(xué)報(bào)》《公共行政評(píng)論》和Public Administration等專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表多篇關(guān)于街頭官僚和基層行政的文章，在公共管理研究中嘗試使用會(huì)話分析的方法分析街頭官僚行動(dòng)策略和基層治理秩序的生成機(jī)理。參與出版關(guān)于地方政府創(chuàng)新的專(zhuān)著；主持國(guó)家社會(huì)科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、吉林省社會(huì)科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、中國(guó)博士后科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目以及橫向課題若干。
蔣俏蕾

呂孝禮

苗圣法
云南大學(xué)軟件學(xué)院副教授和豐圖科技高級(jí)顧問(wèn)。他的研究方向是智能風(fēng)控、結(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測(cè)和數(shù)字孿生。他具有多年學(xué)術(shù)和企業(yè)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。他曾在荷蘭沃達(dá)豐擔(dān)任數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)家，使用機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)的方法，對(duì)wifi網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備故障進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)性維護(hù)。他通過(guò)對(duì)顧客的消費(fèi)行為進(jìn)行研究，開(kāi)發(fā)客戶(hù)留存預(yù)測(cè)模型。他以機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)資深高級(jí)工程師的身份，在順豐速運(yùn)有限公司工作了三年。在此期間，他帶領(lǐng)智能研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)，使用百億級(jí)快遞數(shù)據(jù)，打造了寄遞數(shù)字孿生平臺(tái)，完成了寄遞業(yè)務(wù)流程到數(shù)字世界的映射，對(duì)個(gè)人和群體行為進(jìn)行了深入研究，并對(duì)寄遞各要素之間的聯(lián)系進(jìn)行了深度挖掘。在該平臺(tái)的基礎(chǔ)上，他綜合運(yùn)用大數(shù)據(jù)、深度學(xué)習(xí)、自然語(yǔ)言處理和知識(shí)圖譜等技術(shù)，開(kāi)發(fā)了一系列面向政府和企業(yè)的風(fēng)控模型，解決信息安全、公共安全和經(jīng)典犯罪等問(wèn)題。除了寄遞場(chǎng)景外，他還運(yùn)用多種來(lái)源的數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)研究犯罪行為，包含視頻、文本、和數(shù)字等格式。
目前，他在主持兩個(gè)項(xiàng)目，一個(gè)是智慧物流項(xiàng)目，旨在打造一個(gè)智慧物流大腦；另一個(gè)是智慧警務(wù)項(xiàng)目，旨在使用NLP、知識(shí)圖譜和大語(yǔ)言模型等技術(shù)發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
王琛
清華大學(xué)工業(yè)工程系長(zhǎng)聘副教授。研究方向?yàn)闆Q策分析、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析、群決策和數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的行為建模，致力于為社會(huì)提供應(yīng)對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、不確定性和價(jià)值權(quán)衡挑戰(zhàn)的解決方案。擔(dān)任國(guó)際期刊Decision Analysis編委、Risk Analysis特刊編輯。主持或參與多項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、科技部重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目，研究成果發(fā)表于領(lǐng)域旗艦期刊Operations Research、Decision Analysis、Risk Analysis、IISE Transactions等，應(yīng)用于應(yīng)急管理、復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、供應(yīng)鏈管理、航空風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估與管理等領(lǐng)域。
王楠
博士，湖南大學(xué)公共管理學(xué)院公共健康與社會(huì)保障研究所副教授。主要研究方向?yàn)椋横t(yī)療社會(huì)學(xué)，會(huì)話分析與社會(huì)互動(dòng)。2018年畢業(yè)于美國(guó)加州大學(xué)洛杉磯分校（UCLA），獲社會(huì)學(xué)博士學(xué)位。她曾任荷蘭馬克思普朗克心理語(yǔ)言學(xué)研究所訪問(wèn)學(xué)者，美國(guó)加州大學(xué)洛杉磯分校（UCLA）公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)院研究助理。她的研究成果發(fā)表于 Social Science & Medicine, Sociology of Health & Illness, 現(xiàn)代外語(yǔ)，中華醫(yī)學(xué)遺傳學(xué)雜志等高水平學(xué)術(shù)期刊。
