講座簡介:
The seminar will provide an opportunity for academics and practitioners to share knowledge on the emergence of open or connected innovation in a Chinese context, and to identify areas where future research efforts could be targeted. The seminar will also provide an opportunity to compare the approaches being implemented in China with those from elsewhere, drawing upon the results of research by leading open innovation researchers.
主講人簡介:
Tim Minshall is a senior lecturer in technology management at the center for Technology Management, Institute of Manufacturing, University of Cambridge, UK, a visiting professor at Doshisha University, Japan, and a non-executive director of St. John’s Innovation Center Ltd. His current research interests are open innovation, the funding of new technology ventures and new models of university industry knowledge exchange. He has a B.Eng. from Aston University and a Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge.
Letizia Mortara is a research associate at the center for Technology Management, Institute of Manufacturing, University of Cambridge, UK. She has a first degree in industrial chemistry from the University of Bologna, Italy. After three years working as a process/product manager in a chemical company, she moved to the UK where she gained her Ph.D. in processing and process scale-up of advanced ceramic materials at Canfield University. Her current research interests include open innovation and technology intelligence.
