古吉萊·恩昆蒂，1948年生，畢業(yè)于南非大學(xué)，獲政治、公共管理和應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)的管理學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位?，F(xiàn)任南非農(nóng)村發(fā)展和土地改革部部長(zhǎng)、東開(kāi)普省立法會(huì)委員、東部教育危機(jī)委員會(huì)創(chuàng)始成員、地方政府和住房執(zhí)行議會(huì)成員。
Bio of Speaker：
Mr. Gugile Ernest Nkwinti is born in 1948. He earned his Bachelor of Administration specialising in Political Science, Public Administration and Applied Economics from the University of South Africa. He is Minister of Rural Development and Land Reform, Member of the Eastern Cape Provincial Legislature, Founder Member of the Eastern Education Crisis Committee and Member of the Executive Council of Local Government and Housing in South Africa.
