主講人簡介:
安德魯-斯蒂爾博士是世界資源研究所(WRI)現(xiàn)任主席和首席執(zhí)行官,同時擔任環(huán)保部中國環(huán)境與發(fā)展國際合作委員會的特聘外方顧問委員。斯蒂爾博士歷任世界銀行全球氣候變化特使及氣候策略基金聯(lián)合主席、世界銀行環(huán)境局局長、英國國際發(fā)展部主任,在國際可持續(xù)發(fā)展、氣候變化談判、氣候投資管理、環(huán)境發(fā)展創(chuàng)新等方面享有國際聲譽。斯蒂爾博士擁有英國劍橋大學經(jīng)濟學博士學位。

Dr. Andrew Steer is the President and CEO of the World Resources Institute, and a member of the China Council for International Cooperation on Environment and Development (CCICED). In earlier years, Andrew held several senior posts at national governments and international organizations, including Special Envoy for Climate Change and Director of the Environment Department of World Bank, and Director General at the UK Department of International Development (DFID). Dr. Andrew Steer enjoys high international prestige in aspects of sustainable development, climate change negotiations, climate investment management, innovative environmental development and so on. He received his PhD in economics at Cambridge University.
