講座內(nèi)容：
In this presentation Professor Golombiewski Teixeira will discuss how important is the concept of dynamic capabilities as the key variable in building competitive advantage in latecomer firms. He will present the importance of firm level policies in the implementation of Countries Industrial and Innovation Strategies. Also he will discuss the importance of complementary Policies between developing countries such as China’s economic engagement with Latin America and the Caribbean.
主講人簡介：
Alessandro Golombiewski Teixeira是清華大學(xué)公共管理學(xué)院和清華大學(xué)蘇世民書院的雙聘教授。他有豐富的政界任職經(jīng)歷。曾任巴西旅游部部長、工業(yè)與貿(mào)易部副部長、巴西工業(yè)發(fā)展機(jī)構(gòu)主席，巴西出口與投資促進(jìn)局主席、巴西總統(tǒng)特別經(jīng)濟(jì)顧問、世界投資促進(jìn)機(jī)構(gòu)協(xié)會(huì)主席。他還曾擔(dān)任巴西國家發(fā)展銀行的董事會(huì)成員達(dá)12年之久。
2008年Golombiewski Teixeira教授被英國金融時(shí)報(bào)評選為“拉丁美國年度風(fēng)云人物”。他在2008年和2014年兩度收獲巴西最高榮譽(yù)，"Commend of Rio Branco”。
