Appointed Counselor of the Court of Audit of the State of Amazonas, in 2005, he became president of the Court of Auditors for the 2010-2011 biennium. He graduated in Law from the University of Amazonas Foundation and practiced law, working in the areas of Criminal Law, Civil Law, Administrative Law, Commercial Law and Family Law.

 

PhD in Natural Resource Engineering of the Amazon by the Federal University of Pará (2013). He is an associate professor at the State University of Amazonas-UEA. He has experience in Botany, Plant Taxonomy, Dendrology, Environmental Impact Study, Environmental Management, and currently specializes in lignocellulosic panels of Amazonian palms.

 

Full Professor at the Federal University of Amazonas (May-2014), Ph.D. in Applied Physics and Engineering - Essex University (1985), with experience at the postdoctoral level at the University of Brasília (1998). He holds a degree in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Brasília (1976), a Masters in Plasma Physics from the State University of Campinas (1980). He has experience in Optical and Spectroscopic Properties of Condensed Matter, mainly in the subjects: semiconductors, optical meta-stability, photo persistence and instabilities in columns of plasmas submitted to intense electromagnetic fields.
